All Classes:
Bring a mat and water.
 Optional: blankets and/or straps.
 
Supplies available for purchase.
Wear comfortable clothing
Don't eat at least 1 hour before class.

PLEASE arrive 15 minutes early for first class and 5 minutes early for all following classes.
